In my role leading issuer sales at Mastercard, I work closely with regional teams to shape go-to-market plans, strengthen sales execution, and build a culture of consistent performance. Much of my work involves refining sales approaches, coaching teams on negotiation, and translating strategy into clear commercial outcomes.

Beyond my current role, I enjoy collaborating with business leaders who want to elevate their sales processes or develop stronger go-to-market frameworks. Whether it’s reviewing sales plans, training teams, or aligning strategy to results, I focus on practical steps that create measurable impact.
